If you’ve been to Barcelona, then you know the city is known for all things Antonio Gaudí, however this architectural masterpiece could not have been possible without the creative mind of entrepreneur, Eusebi Güell.
Park Güell, 08024 Barcelona, Spain
Park (Parc) Güell is a must-see attraction if you are ever in Barcelona. The historic park that sits atop a hill and overlooks the city of Barcelona is one that you definitely shouldn’t miss!
TICKETS
I recommend that you book your tickets in advance online here. Tickets are fairly cheap, too! I went around 11:00 AM and I spent around two hours there.
You may want to spend more time there if you have a buddy or buddies with you so you can all take a bunch of pictures together. There is so much to see and do while you’re there. You can even hike to a giant cross off the beaten path!

HOW TO GET THERE
Since the park sits on top of a hill, no one way is the “right” or “wrong” way! Park Güell has three separate entrances, none of which I knew when I was making my way up hills and on/off busses:
- The main entrance off Carrer de Lerrard
- Carrertera del Carmel, nº 23
- Passatge de Sant Josep de la Muntanya (escalator provided)
Romper – Target
Espadrille Sandals – Old Navy
Leather Jacket – Unknown
Backpack – Longchamp

I hope you have enjoyed my pictures of this magnificent place! Some of the park was under preservation, but it was beautiful (and crowded) regardless!
